How to Apply
The first step towards applying to Cathedral Montessori School is scheduling a tour with us! To do so, please schedule one here. Listed below is our application process.

schedule a tourMeet with the Director or Assistant Director to visit our campus, see our classrooms, and learn more about our programs and teachers. Tours can be scheduled Wednesday through Friday mornings and last about 30 minutes. Children are welcome.
applicationSubmit an application and application fee through Brightwheel for your intended program. We will be in touch once the application is received with next steps.
referralFor prospective Primary students only, please list a contact for a referral from your child’s previous school or program with the application, if applicable. We will reach out to their previous program’s director or teacher to complete a student referral.
classroom visitFor prospective Primary students, if a space is available, we will reach out for a classroom visit before enrollment.
For prospective Nido and Toddler students, if a space is available, we will reach out for a Discovery Day. Parents and students will meet with their potential teacher after school and visit the classroom.
enrollmentFollowing the classroom visit, we will notify you of enrollment. To complete the enrollment process and secure your child’s spot, you must pay the enrollment fee and complete all required documents.
