Toddler Lead Guide
Duties
We are seeking a Lead Toddler Guide who is passionate about the Montessori philosophy, has an AMI Assistant to Infancy (0-3) Diploma, and has at least 3 years experience in the classroom. The suitable candidate will be responsible for maintaining our prepared environment, conducting daily observations, record-keeping, communicating with parents, and guiding the children with traditional, authentic presentations of materials.
We offer competitive salary, paid vacation and sick days, in-house training, and tuition discounts. We will sponsor AMI training for the right candidate.
Requirements
BA/BS degree
Montessori Credential (AMI)
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Three references
Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification
Three years of experience
Primary Lead Guide

The suitable candidate will be responsible for maintaining our prepared environment, conducting daily observations, record-keeping, communicating with parents, and guiding the children with traditional, authentic presentations of materials.
